Refund Policy – Tech Soft System

At Tech Soft System, we maintain a strict and transparent refund policy applicable to all clients without exception. By engaging with our services, the client agrees to the terms outlined below.

No Refund Policy

In the event that:

• The client changes their mind after the commencement of the project, or

• The client cancels the order after the final delivery has been made,

no refund shall be issued under any circumstances.
Should the client require a new project, they must place a fresh order, make the applicable payment as required by Tech Soft System, and the new project will be delivered accordingly.

Alternative Services Offered Without Additional Charges

In cases where:

• The client and Tech Soft System are unable to clearly identify the root of the issue, or

• There is mutual uncertainty or shared responsibility regarding a project concern,

Tech Soft System will not issue a refund. However, in the interest of client satisfaction, we may offer alternative services at no additional cost.

Please note: This applies only in situations where ambiguity exists about the party at fault, or where both parties may share responsibility.
